RETURNS:
Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. However, we prioritize our customers' satisfaction. If you receive a damaged item, we're here to help.

Damaged Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please inspect it immediately upon delivery. Notify us within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Process:

• Email us at Info@shoplibrastudio.com with a brief description of the damage and any supporting photos. 
• Wait for our response with further instructions.
• Ship the item back to us in original packaging (address will be provided in our response).

Important Notes:

• All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet the specified requirements.
• Original shipping fees and/or Route Shipping Insurance are not eligible to be refunded upon your return. 

SHIPPING:
Processing Time: As we are a dedicated small team, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via USPS with a flat rate. 

Estimated Delivery: After processing, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
