      • A: As we are a dedicated small team, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. After processing, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US.
    • Q: Do you offer international shipping?
      • A: We currently do not offer international shipping.
    • Q: What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
      • A: Libra Studio is not responsible for any lost or returned packages that have not been insured. However, for added peace of mind, we offer ROUTE Insurance at checkout. This insurance protects your shipment 100% against lost or stolen items. We highly recommend opting for this insurance to ensure your purchase is secure. 


  • Returns & Refunds
    • Q: What is your return policy?
      • A: All sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a  return or exchange. 
    • Q: I received a damaged item. What should I do?
      • A: If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately at Info@shoplibrastudio.com with a brief description of the damage and any supporting photos. We'll guide you through the return process.

    • Q: How should I care for my jewelry and accessories?
      • A: To ensure the longevity and quality of your items, avoid wearing accessories or jewelry in water. Unless explicitly stated as gold-plated, we strongly advise removing all jewelry and accessories before entering water.

      • A: No, we are exclusively an online store and casually do pop up events.
